Second place at the TIF Rally, second place in the championship for Jourdan Serderidis!

Jourdan Serderidis competed in the muddy TIF Rally, a race that was the third round of the Greek Rally Championship. With Fred Miclotte as permanent co-driver in the Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo, they finished in second place and with this result they climbed to second place in the championship.

Weather conditions hampered crew efforts with organizers canceling two of the race’s four originally scheduled special stages: “The conditions of the race were reminiscent of the Welsh Rally. Mud everywhere! ” were the first words of the Kavaliotis driver, who continued: “Our goal was to finish in order to collect the necessary points for the championship. And we did it! ”

The condition of the roads from the continuous rain changed the plans of the crew, who managed the situation more intelligently: “We drove more with mind, to keep the car on the road, as it was easy to get out even at low speeds. “Thanks to the valuable guidance of my co-driver, we managed to get out of both passes unscathed, achieving our best result this year in the championship.” , said Serderidis.

For the first time in 25 years, the TIF Rally included an gravel leg, with the driver having fun: “Despite the adverse weather conditions, we enjoyed it. On the one hand came the result we sought and on the other I fought close to my particular homeland. At the same time, my relatives came to watch my effort and this was an extra motivation. We enjoyed it “, Said the Kavaliotis driver.
